I went back and dug around and found where you went and finally saw
it.

BUT... If you navigate solely by the map you never see that page.

Click on VA or MD on the map and then DC on those maps, you never
see the Mystery DC listing. You will only see it if you navigate by
words at the bottom of the map which I, for one, normally don't do.
Meanwhile you do see a DC ?? mystery like listing in with the other
listings which made me think the War and Peace mystery listing was
missing.
